The Vredenburg Sadanha Cricket Club has proudly established itself as a cornerstone of local sports over the past few years, showcasing remarkable achievements that reflect both dedication and talent. The club has consistently excelled in regional tournaments, securing multiple championships that highlight the skill and teamwork of its players. In addition to competitive success, the club has focused on nurturing young talent through its youth development programs, fostering a passion for cricket among the next generation.

The 1st team won the 20/20 finals of the Boland’s Premier League in the 2010/2011 season.

The 1st team lost to Maties in the 50 overs finals of the Boland’s Premier League in the 2011/2012 season.

The 2nd team won their 40 over competition in the 2010/2011 season.

Hanno Kotze, Nukhululeko Serame, Dayyaan Galiem, Lizaad Williams and Simon Khomari were selected to play for the Boland Amateur team during 2018-19.

Marshall Menas , Shane Summers (2001-2), Andre Huisamen (2006-7), Quinton Kannemeyer (2008-9; 2009-10), Horatio Cornellison (2010-11), Wayne Fortuin and Tommy Kannemeyer (2014-15) was selected to represent the South African Rural team.

Lizaad Williams was selected to represent the South African U/19 team (2011-13).

15 Players represent West-Boland in the SA Rural Provincial League.

Marshall Menas was selected as a South African Rural selector (2011-19) and are currently a Board member of SA Rural (2013-19).
